Grammophone Music Thread ?

Hi to all - Iam New to subsim forums and subsims actually & just bought/patched to 1.1 SH4 and its looking daunting but exciting.

My question is that last night I saw a thread from a guy who has put together a group of old war tracks to play via the grammophone and I wanted to PM him. I must be dumb but now I cannot find that thread so if someone could point me in the right direction it would be swell

Thanks

Welcome aboard!

I´ve closed the thread because the thread starter wasn´t sure if those tracks were free, ie. if their copyrights had already expired.

Oh those tracks looked inspiring and I was looking forward to listening to them after reading his track list as I am a bit of an "old timer" myself.

I bet you can buy them on CD or check some music download sites, like iTunes.

But then again, it's likely that if the music is from the 40's, the original creators of the respective works are not alive anymore to benefit from any royalites, so I'd guess that the copyrights are expired and that the files are in the public domain. I'm no legal expert so I'm not sure though.
