Dead Crew

Thanks to a (now destroyed) Zero, I've got a few members of my watch dead (At least I think so they are at 0/100 Health).

How do I remove them from my crew? I don't think I want to take dead people out on patrol, It's just not right.

Once you get pass the smell you got it licked.

Drag and drop the crew member over the gray box below promotions on the left.
