Where's the flooding?

I have noticed that there is no indication of flooding on the repair screen, and there are no crew messages even mentioning flooding. The manual shows that a small blue square will show up in the top right hand corner of the screen when flooding occurs, but I haven't seen this yet. Anyone see this before?

Jeeze, I don't think that this is the Silent Service that we wanted.
