GWX installation issue with Vista

The above indicates that your SH3 is NOT patched. An easy test is to load SH3 and look at the bottom right of the main screen. If there's no "v1.4b" text, then the patch is not installed.

To install GWX, do I need to first patch 1.1, then 1.2, then 1.3, and finally 1.4b? Or just patch 1.4b then GWX?

Just 1.4b. It includes all prior patch contents.
