Default What is max graphics resolution for SHIV

I ask because I remember SHIII was maxed at 1024x800 (I think). It could be increased with some DirectX tool I recall, but high resolution were not offically supported.

I have preoredered the game, but am a little worried about the rush to get this game out and am expecting bugs-a-plenty. If they have had to leave out features they wanted to include like radio-room etc because of time constraints, then that does not fill me with confidence that this will be a bug free ride. SHIII had several annoying bugs on first release - many of which were fixed by modders.

Looking forward to it... just not getting carried away just yet...

SH3 supports 1024x786, SH4 all resolutions, including wide-screen.

I heard that SH4 doesn't support anti-aliasing. Is this true? If so, bummer...

Yes, we are anxiously awaiting to find out whether or not Anti-Aliasing is included as a 'feature', whether it be included in-game or the ability to use your video card driver's built-in AA.

Default Max resolution

You can crank up the resolution to 1920*1080 16:9 60 Hz, 1920*1200 8:5 60 Hz or 1920*1440 4:3 60 Hz. If you have enough grunt under the hood

Welllllll... I ain't no graphics guru, but if it's anything like Oblivion, chances are it'll support AA (+HDR +Bloom) no problem, if you have a top-end card, but only AA, or HDR (not both simultaneously) on a lower-end card. Seriously though, I can't imagine it being completely incapable of hardware AA unless it has its own proprietary inbuilt filtering. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
