Need help to patch game..

Hello, I wanted to patch my game, I have the US dvd version, the only problem is I'm not connected to the internet with my home computer. I wanted to download the patch and burn it to CD so I could install it at home. I tryed getting the file but it self extracts and looks for the .dll on my work computer. Anyone have any advice?

It sounds like you are not saving the file when you download it, you propably chose the "open" option. So, as soon as the download is finished, it opens the installer.

Download it again and choose the "Save as..." option. Then, when it is ready, just copy&paste the file to the CD drive (with empty CD in it, d'oh

) and burn it. Then, the safest thing on your home computer would be to copy & paste the file from the CD to the desktop (or whatever location you want to save it). Then you just open the installer and it should work.
