Default Really Stupid

SO this is really stupid, i amaze even myself. So im on the surface, in my IXD2 sub and im going about 35 knots, im comming up on this c2 ship, so i fire by new torp the one with the passive sonar system in it but i forget they only go about 20 knots so i fire it and i look at the little screen of it firing out, then 5 seconds later i look back and see my sub over the torp. im currently in the UZO screen and all of a sudden there is a blast of water and i hear "were taking damage sir" flooding in torpedo room. Im thinking O crap this is the end. But to my surprised only tube 4 got destroyed and everyone survived. I bet the crew of the C2 were laughing. has this happened to anyone else before?

You're using your rear torpedoes wrongly. The rear torps are used to shoot enemies, not as U-boat NOS!
Using the compressed air as the U-boat NOS is not recommended.

This is why I don't mod my subs to do 35 knots.

35 knots?

Hm sounds like you have lesspowered V2 Rockets in your aft tubes :rotfl: in wrong direction *lol*

If my boat would be able to give me that speed I would attack every surface vessel at the surface. Evading wouldn´t be a problem.

I hate nitro-usage in U-boats....makes boom way to often...OMG!

:rotfl:

I think that´s why suddenly the message came: We´re taking damage
Nothing exploding...all was imploding

In one of the addons released, there is included a modified uboat that could reach those speeds.. But it is always possible to edit some files to get this speed.. But i dont think this is historical correct, btw..

Hey at that speed you and your crew and bare your broad buttocks to the enemy and jiggly them around. :rotfl:

Captain of a warship - "Good grief No.1 is that U-Boat crew mooning at us?"

That was, I think, the most Bernardisch thing I've ever heard on these Forums. :rotfl:
- Captains, could I please install some new equipment on our ship?
- What for?
- I'd like the boast to be faster than torpedoes, sir!
- What for?
- We have a bet with Bernhard. He says that homing torpedoes never home at an u-boot. And he can proove it.
