OK, so I've finally finished 688(I), due to my computer bugging out, and I was given a telephone number and a code to get my Dolphins but the phone number is now a phone sex number!?!?!

They stopped sending out dolphins about a year after the game was introduced; shortly before Fleet Command was released.
