Default JSGME warning of altered file

some sub camo skins for GWX that ia m trying to install state that a file has already been altered by 3d WAVES mod if i ignore this does that mean it will all go wrong ???

the file in question Thumbs.dll ????

I had that warning for the same file, but couldn't find a thumbs.dll in 3D Waves or the skin mod. I went ahead and enabled it anyway and it didn't appear to hurt anything.

No, it will just override what has already been altered; if you encounter problems afterwards, you can simply disable the Mod.

A Thumbs file is just leftover from a windows file. It's a, normally hidden, file which enables windows to show thumnails in explorer. Don't worry about it & carry on.

danlisa is spot on, ignore them ...my current system is two year old now and because of the number of internal caddy and external drives I have I am constantly plagued by them
