Sober's water mod

Has anyone been able to see Sober's water mod in the new GWX? I installed but have not had some rough weather yet to tell.

Link available on UBRS SH3 general mods section , page 7 . Install via JSGME . As it only replaces the .tga peak file in the MISC folder , you can install anytime .
