They said SH4 will have dynamic wind . Wot does that mean exactly .

I believe the main implication of that was all particles being dynamically affected by wind. i.e., all smoke and spray will now be blown around correctly by the wind. I don't think it actually implied anything beyond that...

I assume it means changes in direction and intensity in 'real-time'.

Ie. no "Insta-Storms".

I hope it means things like waves, projectiles, smoke and clouds are handled realistically in wind.

I figure there will be gusts, possibly some wind shear. It might also mean that "storm fronts" are modeled, which would be super awesome.
