Is there a way to give out the medals any faster that selecting seaman, dragging medal and clicking ok? I have 55 medals to give out..

Seth, do you use SH3Cmdr? It's quicker to award medals this way.

You must hand them out individually. And don't forget to make a small speech to each man; it's good for morale.
