My install had sabotage enabled by default. I've had periscopes not work properly & engine malfunctions so far. Anyway, open the Ransomised Events.cfg file and read the header. It has all the instructions.

Or wait for SHCmdr 2.7 which will have a menu interface option for malfunctions & sabotage.
