Default and he was such a good kapitan too...

Well end of that carrier...

Got my butt handed to me attempting to disrupt that task force sitting at anchor in 13m of water.

It was all going fine untill I started running aground at periscope depth. Yup thats right it wasent even deep enough to run at periscope depth. That woke up the DD's and well the rest is history.

I was wondering if that task force would have eventually got underway and I should have just waited till they were bottle necked comming into deeper water :hmm:

OH GW mod.

What year was that Steamwake?
I remember i was very tempted to play with a taskforce during the invasion of Norway in 1940. But fortunatly better council pervailed. ( My dad telling me i would be mad to go anywhere near them in such shallow water)

Your dad was right. I wish I had good council but I just dont trust Bernard after that whole shaving cream in the coffee pot thing.

Yes it was early in the war. Still doesent answer the question. Was the task force just stationed there er... stationary or would they eventually get under way ?

Was very lucky to have my dad there at the time, he was blown away by the game, it was all he wanted to do while he was here on hoilday. My mum was not very impressed
Im sure it would have got underway at some point.
The only stationary TF i have ever seen was the one i spoke about before. Have seen many on the map but never seem to bump into them.
