Ships no longer use deck guns

Hi I recently installed the tweaker and changed the 88mm and 105 mm damage a bit. I then went on a patrol and nobody was shooting at me. I just loaded the Bismarck misssion and nobody was shooting either. Does anyone know what's wrong ?

I don't know what you done but I wish they would stop shooting at me. Beeing in 1944 without a snokle is no fun!

HAHA ! Well I tell you I was running through Gibraltar zig zagging to avoid collisons, nothing was shooting. Anyway I reinstalled, so problem solved for now. Must have been a modification I made.
