Fire at Will Function Targets Wrong Side

I need help with the Steam version of Silent Hunter 3 theres an issue with the fire at will option on the deck gun and the aa guns targets/shoots axis ships/planes (its not supposed to) as well as any allied ships/planes. This issue effects my computer and my laptop and both were downloaded 3 years apart. This issue isn't in any of the other games if theres any fix for this please tell me
