After a month dealing with this son smashing my head against trees and bricks and concrete walls I'm done deleted the damn thing I'll download from stream wasted time and effort

Hello , at the start sorry for my English . I couple years ago i spent countless hours playing NYGM mod so my question is . what about "smartness" of convoy escort and Ai in GWX one alex mod , i remeber that in stock GWX wolfpack edition the level of escort was weak . I mean it wasnt much challenging to me .

I'm confused. Are you saying you're done with the OneAlex mod and going to Steam version? I have also considered doing this, because I remember being able to set SHIII just as I liked it years ago, but I've lost my original lol. I might try Steam.

how long does it take for the game to load? 10 minutes? why is it so slow? i haven't got it to load yet someone said 12 minutes. is this true?

Does anyone know if the onealex discord is still up and running? It seems to have disappeared from my discord list and I'm unable to find it now.

In the past that has been the best resource for troubleshooting issues with the mod.

Currently trying to get Onealex running on my laptop and when I get to the initial run to create the sh3 my documents folder, I get a ctd " Cannot initialize 3d engine".

I know that error goes back a long time, usually fixed by changing dpi setting, compatibility settings, etc...
In my case all of those tees have been crossed but still getting the ctd.
Anyone else ran into this issue?

yeah there is it popped up for me but later i couldn't find it again. not sure what the mechanic is. let me know if you figure it out. ill let you know if find it.

Yes. The mod has 300 ships....It is slow to load.

thanks for the reply. i got the attack disc to pop up but i don't know how i did it. can you enlighten me? how does one get the attack disc to pop up?

Unfortunately, my damage from torpedoes is not displayed, how can I deal with this?

there is no damage bar. if the ships sinks then the torpedo did enough damage if not send another.

I mean there is no torpedo explosion on the ship’s hull, no decal of a torn hull
