SH5 with TWOS - map tools missing

Hi, my friend is learning to play SH5 with TWOS but is having an issue, he lacks map tools on the left side, here is my screenshot and his screenshot. How to enable those tools?

I'm not 100 % sure, because I use my setup of TWoS since years, but I think you can edit this option with OFEV (Options File Editor/Viewer), you can find in Application folder.

If I'm at home again, I can check it or someone else can correct or confirm me.
