Looks like the frame is painted black and the fender gold. What's the process on painting that model, do you paint the part individually before you put them together? It appears that's what is necessary.

Yes I paint the parts while they are sitting on the tree-After it has been removed, I paint those spot where it had been connected to the tree and I remove paint from the area where I glue it together with another part(s)

In fact I paint as much as possible before starting build-
In Revell instruction the colour you need for certain parts are mentioned in letter. In this case from A to L.
First I painted every part with the colour A, then B, then C first when I was finished with E or was it F I could start to build the motorcycle.

Only two colour left- Gloss White and white silk mat.

Here is the building instruction in pdf

https://downloads.revell.de/Manuals-Modelkits/07937.pdf

1. It is the first time I try to build a motorcycle model
2. It is the first time a whole tree with parts is missing.

If I get the spare parts from Revell and the build become a success I will build this model:

Would love to build this instead but I do not have the money for it

One may think so-Don't forget it's a huge models when finished it will be around 52 cm long and most of the parts will be metal.

Don't throw it away.

Beat it up.
There are bikers in the US who love to strip these things down to the bear necessities and cruise around town.

Paint the gas tank flat black or "primer" and the bike takes on an entirely different look. The fenders (especially the front) would be optional.

Just set it aside, you may find a kit on ebay or Revell may come around.

Post the email details you sent Revell, I will send them an email too, maybe if they get several emails saying "Send Marcus his parts!" someone there will wake up

On their homepage they have this field where you write what the problem is and what you need. Here is what I wrote
"Hi Revell
I purchased your model US Touring Bike 1:8 and I forgot to check the content-I started to build the model when a part had been painted-Now I'm at step 42 and need Clear part number 86-HA none of the clear parts are there.

I don't know the item number what it says on the box is 07937 on first page in the instructions following number is
07937-0379.

Kind Regards
Markus P "

A few days later I got this email from Revell:

Hello Mr. P.

Please advise PAGE 6 and 7 FROM THE INSTRUCTIONSHEET WITH PARTS MARKED YOU NEED

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards

Petra Slansky

In response I wrote:

" Hi Petra

I need all the clear parts except the wind shell So I need Clear parts: 36,86,2X110,4X113 and 135 from the Revell US Touring Bike 1:8. 07937-0379

Kind Regards
Markus P "

Edit
I'll give it a little week..until Friday 29th of April.
End edit

Markus

Yeah, don't be shy about a polite follow up message. I'm sure they will take care of you.

Well we are now on Friday and no clear parts in my post.
I wonder if another mail would help ?

What's bother me is that I didn't do as I always do.
Check to content and the parts on the tree to see if something is missing or damaged.

Regarding Revell replacement parts...

Unless the current management of Revell has taken the hard "corporate" stance regarding customer relations, there shouldn't be much of a problem asking for their assistance; the whole discussion reminded me of decades ago when I was about 13 years old and my family had moved to Los Angeles for the first of several times; I had a Revell kit (don't remember what it was, probably a sailing ship, my preference at the time) and, when I opened it, I found that aportion of the parts, listed in the instructions as being in a packet, were missing; I sent a letter to Revell's office address and got no reply; their California offices were in an area near the coast now known as Marina Del Rey; I decided to see if I could make a trip out there (about 20 miles from my then home) to the address on Glencoe Avenue; it took about a two hour bus trip (public transit was really horrible back then in LA) to get anywhere near the address and I had to walk the final mile on foot; I walked into the lobby and went to the reception desk; the receptionist seemed a bit surprised and bemused to see a kid show up a the headquarters; when she asked what I wanted I told her about the kit and the missing packet of parts and I asked if she could tell me who I could write to in order to buy replacements; she asked if I had the kit number and description of the missing part(s), I showed her a note where I had jotted down the information; she asked me to take a seat and she quickly wrote a note and summoned a clerk by pressing a buzzer; she quietly spoke to the clerk, and he disappeared through a door behind the reception desk; he reappeared a few minutes later and handed something to the receptionist, who called me over to the desk; she handed me the packet of parts the clerk had bought and with a smile said Revell apologized for the error and hoped I would stay a good customer...

I did stay a good customer an never forgot how well they treated their clientele...

^ Now that was I would call a sunshine story where everything ended good.

I on the other hand can't do it-Take the trip to Revell who has their head officer in Germany Bünde.

I have to wait for it-It hasn't arrived yet.
