Side Relations and alliances

Hi there!

How can I do this config:

Side 0 and Side 1 are allied.
Side 2 has to sink the sub from Side 0, but is not allowed to attack side 1?

Red October (Side 0) escorted by USS Dallas and USS Pogy (Side 1)

Konvaloff (Side 2) tries to sink RO....

Dallas and Pogy are not allowed to attack Konovaloff
Konovaloff not allowed to attack Dallas and Pogy

Use script for attack while all sides ROE is peace

OK, sorry I never used scripting before.
Placed a engage script
Konovaloff engage Red October, duration -1.
And an event trigger, applies to all automatic run script?
Correct?
But Konovaloff is doing nothing....
