Crash after intro video

Hi,

My game has started crashing after the intro video. It was working fine last week running WoS. Launched today it crashed after the ubisoft logo. Reintalled and it now crashed after the introduction video.

I've tried various suggestions such as DPI overide, compatibility mode, reinstalled Ubisoft connect and checked firewall with no luck. Also i'm not sure where,if, crashlogs are stored so can't provide that at this time.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I should of said, i have the steam version not the disk version. I tried the steps after after picture 14 to see if they would work with no luck.
