In Honor of INS DAKAR
It was on this day January 25, 1968 that the Israeli submarine DAKAR was lost with 69 souls aboard. We honor their memory.

 I have to admit i had not heard of this before. I recently read that they had found this submarine, but no more details.

1968 was a bad year for submarines when all was said and done 4 boats were lost and the last one Minerve was only found in 2019.
