Default Need Help With Non-responsive Engine Room

Hello all!

I have had SH3 for all of a week now and I had an issue yesterday during the torpedo training portion of the Naval Academy. The probelm was that on two separate occasions during the training mission, the engine room would take forever to respond to my commands. I was fully stopped and ordered all ahead full...no response. Five minutes later, still no engines. So I futz around with the helm control ordering full reverse and the like and finally the engines kick in. I am not damanged and according to the crew managment screen, the engine room is fully manned. Is this a bug or does it have to do with some feature of the crew management feature that I don't understand?

I think it is a stock SH3 bug, have had this happen a few times with a fully rested and qualified engine room crew too. Just a matter of clicking different engine room settings and eventually they kick in. Don't wait 5 minutes though, you should hear the engines quickly after the order.

A known bug. Order reverse then forward and the engines should respond.
