Hotkeys for Increasing/Decreasing Speed by Knot

Does anyone know if it’s possible to bind hotkeys to increase and decrease own speed by the knot somehow? Would be very handy for matching speed and the speed bar on the HUD is fiddly imo.

Even better would be keys for 10 more and 10 fewer RPMs, as they had these orders on the telegraphs in real life, but that’s a stretch.... Mod idea though for someone with the skills?
