Protractor
Hey guys, a question from noob here. What must i do to get this Protractor, i tried to install navigation some tools mod, but i could'nt find there.

Yeah actually downloaded that one, and instaled kriegsmarine woody standard set mod, but it wasn't the other i was looking for
