Which file do I need to change to allow the use of AA guns in heavy winds?

Surely someone here knows this, as I understand it deck gun specs have been modified before to allow for use in heavy seas...

Anyone?

You can find the values in the data/submarine/"u-boat type"/NSS_Uboatxxx Cfg files.

Look under storm conditions mate.
