Default Raining in the sub pen

Ha Ha, just had to mention it, I went to Brest and got a refit, then I spotted the sub pens so thought it would be good to go in.
There was 2 subs in there already but I moored next to one, people milling about plus one sub the crew were having a lecture from the skipper, it was great.
Then it dawned on me, it was still raining inside the pen, would have been good if it stopped as I went in.

Well, this will not happen in SH5, so Ubisoft apparently learned from it

High humidity near the ocean... lol - The "roof" on the pens in SH4 only looks like a roof... else you wouldn't be able to go under it... It rains "inside" the hills and mountains of the terrain also.
