I already think I know the answer.
I was in a mission, scored a couple of hits on a BB, she was listing and smoking, I had no more torps left and no deck gun. so I followed her seeing as she was going slow, I followed for ages thinking she may flood and capsize but it kept going. I did the time excel and still she kept afloat so in the end I gave up, thinking back to SH2 I'm sure sometimes if you hit a ship it degraded as time went on and eventually destroyed, I was hoping this would carry on to SH3. Depends on the 'Hit' and the Units damage zones settings.
Yes. You can hit a Non-critical area and get the results you seen. Not all Ships that were hit sunk in Real life. So it's kind of realistic. |

Thanks Jeff, it was just that she was listing and her stern was going under water I thought she may flood, but as you said it depends where I hit and the zones, makes sense now.
