When logged-in to SubSim, and you go to the Downloads page, do you have an "Add" and "MyFiles" tab on there?

You'll have to PM one of the Moderators then, or Onkel Neal and get permission for uploading then... I'm not positive, but you probably have to be a member of the SubSim Navy also, but the mod can tell you for certain. You could also use
an account at MediaFire.
