SH4 Map Tools For SH3 Install Help

Hello All,

but it looks like no one has been in there in a while.

I have tried to install this mod with JGSME 2.6, as it says it is compatible, but it is not working. Could someone with more knowledge than myself please explain how to install this mod? The authors instructions are unclear.

We'll start with: Which file did you place inside your MODS folder?

Well... Im at a loss, what file should I be putting in the mods folder?

When you download the file it's in RAR (compressed) format. Did you install that file or did you extract it first?

Read the documentation carefully! You must change your menu_1024_768.ini file yourself.

Yes I did extract the file first, then copied the file to the mod folder.

Oh I have to rename the _1024_768 file?

Still not totally sure how to do this, the text file is in German.

You yourself must add the blocks specified in the file to your menu_1024_768.ini. And follow the order of the numbers.

Got It. Thank you sir! Works great. I have been looking for a 3000 yard plotter that will work in SH3. is there one that is compatible. Works great in SH4, but non functional in SH3.
