Default Will this PC run SH3 well?

Ok I have done more research and fishing and have found this PC that I was just about to click the buy button on but wanted to run it by this forum first--will this run SH3 reasonably well?

ASUS P5P800S mobo
Pentium 4 505 2.66Ghz 533 1MB
512 DDR400 Ram PC3200
16xDVDrom
creative labs sound blaster LIVE DE 7.1 sound card
Windows XP Home
Leadtek Geforce 6600 256MB PCI Express

I just wanted a system that can run SH3 good enough to enjoy it--I am on a *very* limited budget as a recent college grad and I can afford this sys. what do you think mates?

Thanks

I would strongly suggest you add a 512 stick of RAM to that and it should run decent except for high TC and around harbors with mods that add stuff there.
The extra 512 is not expensive these days and will make a big difference.
SH3 has actually run better with ATI cards and the X800 PCIx does very well with it
You might consider this or one similar

thanks for the tip wulfmann but I already bought a 6600 off of newegg for $75 since that was about all I was willing to spend for a vid card--i am poor. From what I read the 6600 is runs games respectably if not gloriously and that is what I'm looking for. Hope I didnt make a mistake...now I just need to get a PC to put it in..

Actually, the 6600 runs SH3 better than the 6800. Many had problems with the drivers and 6800 and SH3 but the 6600 was better (in SH3 only. not other games)
It was a good buy you made IMO

This system looks good. You can add the extra RAM later.

I ran it once on a pc with the following specs

AMD 2gig processor
479MB of RAM
Win XP
16x dvd rom
GE MMX440 (64mb) graphics card.
It ran but the graphics were crap, the sea was bland, and the watch crew had pretend binoculars.

But now am playing with the following specs on both pc's
Intel P4 prrocessor 3.6 gig
1024 DDR Ram
win xp
GE Force 6600 256MB
can't remember what my sound card is at the mo all I know it's 5.1 surround sound.
32X DVD ROM
21in FST monitor.

Yay, I got my new PC today. Gizzmoe, thank you. Now I have ~80-110 fps instead of 7-11 in SHIII. The game is so beautiful, now that I can run with everything maxed.
