Yes, yes ... the game is still alive and we are approaching the game release.
NBS will be published in November 2018.

Just came across a post on Facebook about this and immediately bought it on early access on steam having no knowledge of its existence...Only played one battle and im blown away! Totally love it! Great Naval Battles meets rule the waves!
