U-Boat Crew Tropical Uniforms

Has anyone done a tropical uniform mod? I saw something in the SH4 downloads, but not for SH3.

My IX boat crew is sweltering south of the equator.

I thought there might have been one but, it would have been along time ago, so hard to remember. There were several different people doing crew mods back then, Aces, Venetore, Carotio, Evan82, Fubar, and others.
