There was an article in Underea warfare magazine about a device called a spears wheel .It is used to calculate periscope look interval.Does anybody have one for me to borrow so that I can make my own?

Tlam, thanks for that but what i am talking about is a small plastic wheel with a slot in.Apparently you select the platform to look at then dial it up and it gives you a look interval.Have a look at it on the link from rogerbo-its towards the bottom!
