Mission not completed?

I have just finished the East British Costal mission at around November 12th. I am pretty sure I made it because I patrolled all three coordinates got the mission objectives all green and was ordered back to base. However, when returning to Windows the mission accomplished overview says that this Mission was still "ongoing". Is that normal?

As far as I know yes it is. The mission will continue to be offered until the end date comes up is my understanding. Some of them have several different objectives available, so they can be run more than one time till the date runs out.
