I just installed SH5 and TWOS mod and started the sim all voices and commands are in German I was wondering if there is a way to change the speech to English?

Check this post.

Download kevinsue's mod from mediafire and just enable it with JSGME after all of your other TWoS mods (you don't have to delete folders, etc), and hey-presto, your crew no longer speaks a foreign language.
