Silent running fix

I have a question for you, is there a way to adjust the silent running mode? As it is, if you hit 'Z' it takes you to Slow speed on the engine telegraph. I want it to set speed slower. To less than 1 knot.

I appreciate it. But I was hoping to find the file to reduce the silent running speed. After reviewing the mod you sent me it seems Pressing Z only reverts to slow speed.
