Default Grammaphone Problem

Looking for some help to get my grammaphone working. I am running SH4 V1.5 using TMOwTW and RSRDC. The grammaphone icon shows on bottom of screen. The titling that goes with it says grammaphone with with ship depth chart. Unfortunately when you click on it all you get is the ship depth chart. Where is the grammaphone?

It's attached to the chart.

There's not much use in a picture of a gramophone, so it was replaced with the chart. The buttons are at the bottom right of the chart. I'm not sure I haven't messed it up somehow, but on mine, the buttons don't show up as actual buttons. There's just some clickable areas if you move the mouse around the area.

Edit:
Ah, the buttons do show up. (I don't use the grammophone often. Usually I have an mp3 player or video running on another monitor.)

You can see them where I've added red dots. If you hover over them, you will see a tooltip that explains which is which.
