[WIP] Upholder class mod

I'm thinking of developing an Upholder class submarine mod for SH4 that includes the correct stats. I'm a noob at modding, so I'd probably edit JHapprich's Kilo class (change sail, fins, speed, colors, etc) until I get better (of course, with permission from JHapprich)
Who thinks this is a good idea?

Great idea! How about the Victoria Class as it's now called in Canadian service?

Thank you for that. And, I am Canadian, so Victoria/Upholder class is the submarine class of Canada. And, I've decided to search if there have a Victoria class mod for a submarine game and the only thing I've find is this thread.
