Thanks! so, apparently, in order to make this mod work, i have to run genericpatcher in some way, so i already have genericpatcher, but i don't know how to use it to make the necessary changes...

No that is incorrect.
TDW's Generic File Patcher is an independent application.

it's everything done.. but diveplanes for example are not respondig commands... this mod is evil

There are 2 dive plane patches that need enabling in TDW's Generic File Patcher.

Look for > Manual diveplane control
Enable both patches.
Patcher 4 > SH5_Patches.s5p (sh5)

Patcher 6 > SHSim_Patch.s5p (shsim)
