Getting Mods To Work??

Hiya Fellas' Say I am having some trouble here! I have firstly uninstalled the game completely cleared mi drive and started clean. Installed and also JSGME etc.

First off I started with no mods, going through the pain of having to do the opening sequence and docking in Kiel again. From here I installed a few mods, but continuing this first game does not "kick them in", as it were.

So I started a new again and the upgrades do not appear when I talk to the supply guy??

I can start the game tho and I wondered if the mods kick in when one gets back to dock again??

Any of yous fellas' had this prob? ..

Ahoy there skipper! Well I think I know how to install mi mods matey. I firstly unzip the mod into the "MODS" folder in the game. Then I "Activate" the mod via JSGME and thGeneric Mod Enabler - v2.6.0.157 at is it I believe shipmate??? I then play the game!

I use the CD game .. Not steam my friend.

MODS INSTALED

[C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS]
VII-C Skin by Naights
stoianm upgrade available mod
Equip_Upgrades_AFFOE

Unzip the file
Open the folder.
You need folder 7 in JSGME
Not sure what this contains?
Equip_Upgrades_AFFOE
There are many different versions of AFFOE

Thanks here for your input mate. What do you mean by folder 7 ?? Can't find this. Shall I install full mod? Also where is best AFFOE plz??

Please follow the instructions of Berbster you need Export JSGME list so we can better understand :

Hi Sid
The zipfile.

 

When the file opens you will see this folder.
Open the folder

 

Go to the last folder and highlight it.
Select the Copy Tab and accept the prompts.
The mod will be copied to where your zip file is.

 

Copy and paste the mod to your JSGME mods folder.

I ALWAYS GET THIS STINKING PROBLEM WITH MY PICSS??????????
I am just getting quite sick of trying to post my images up here guys! I keep all my pic up on MediaFire. I copy the url to the pic and place it via the INSERT IMAGE icon above ... yet I get this situation every time! Except for my siggy and avy which seemed to work for some reason????????????

I shall copy this file as you request my friend, however the contents of my file look nothing like your picture here ??? I have tried to put a picture of it up, but you see the result above!

Hiya Chaps! Well I have the mods installed.

1. Stoiamn's upgrade available mod.
2. New UIs_742_Dark Wraith mod

I have followed the instructions for inhalation of all this BUT! When one arrives at the game episode list, one is asked to type on "slientotto" and ENTER..presumably on the screen? ..All the episode pictures are supposed to light up at this point! Nothing happens on my screen ???? Anyone know plz???

Correction here ..... I have got the mod to work except for my torpedo's they are standard stock???

Once this terrific mod is installed, other mods can be added and I have installed: "Paajtor's_Renown__cheat" Which is a terrific mod. I have a few other mods installed and I can now go 'kick ass' young man!

Thanks for this Berb mate! I have all my pictures on a hosted site and usually the url to the pic works but only sometimes here ????
