Default More Wildlife and Happy Endings

Apparently, the heat in lake Tahoe was Un-Bearable as a Black Bear family and 2 cubs were cooling off alongside other visitors. The cubs were seen playing in the water, oblivious to the people around them.

Drowning leopard trapped in 60-foot well took the only way out;

Quote:
The resident of Pimpalgaon Siddhanath village in the Junnar division of Maharashtra immediately contacted the Forest Department, which sent out a call to the Manikdoh Leopard Rescue Center operated by Wildlife SOS, according to The Indian Express and press statements. “The leopard was in a state of panic and had to be rescued immediately,” Dr. Ajay Deshmukh, senior veterinarian of the rescue center, said in a statement.

There is a video of the leopard rescue in Yahoo.

The leopard apparently didn't suffer any long term effects and was released back into it's natural environment.

The Manikdoh Leopard Rescue Center Wildlife SOS was certainly 'spot on'! in this instance!

I get the Impression that your idea of " wildlife " is the local pub at 2 A.M in the morning

By the way, is that felinously or felonious ? Now that is a play on words.

TO WIT; my double entendre of play on words for pun was a rhetorical excursion for the purpose of amusement brought on by relentless pursuit of a 'happy ending'-soda speke!.....

Mickey Gilley is a great Honky Tonk Piano Player. He is a bit like Jerry Lee Lewis which is appropriate since I understand they are related.

As far as last call and keeping the lights low, remember. You always meet a better class of people in the dark .

Interesting.

A nice change from all the morosity we see so often...

When I first saw the thread title, I immediately thought about the ''Battle at Kruger''.

Perhaps the most spectacular thing I've seen on youtube

(you can skip the first 2 minutes)
