Friendly traffic

I know in SH5 there is a "Travel" mode that allows you to speed up time without the constant "Friendly Units" and messages slowing you down. Is there a mod for SH4 that will do the same? When I start a mission I have to wait almost 2 minutes until all of the FRIENDLY UNITS are called out and when I return to end the mission it literally takes me about 2-3 minutes to actually be able to pull in because of all the freakin Friendly Unit reports. I have Webster's Reduced Radio Traffic for v1.4 & v1.5 that seems to do nothing for all my friendly contacts. Please help.

Not fully sure, But I think that such a mod as you describe and are looking for was never made.

If it gets too bad I submerge until I've cleared the area, or fully entered the area if returning.
