How Do I get V1.5?

Unlike people who have gotten SH4 via Ubisoft disc or steam, I got mine off of Amazon games. It runs just as fine as the steam version, however, it's only at V1.3. Mods such as TMO 2.5 , require version 1.5.

Is there anyway to upgrade such as a patch or dlc?

You can go ahead and get "Gold" off Amazon. It's the full game with 1.5. Or you can go the the Ubisoft site and find the 1.5 U-boat add-on and download from there.

Remember that Ubi loves their game so much that when you install the downloaded U-boat Missions patch the install code is good for only one installation. And they're not exactly fast at honoring requests for another authorization code. And it is an absolute certainty that due to the nature of mods in the game and JSGME's ability to occasionally uninstall a mod wrong and your ability to uninstall them out of order, you will have to reinstall SH4, not once but several times.

Strategy #1 is to contact Ubi, tell them you have to reinstall and put an authorization code in your pocket for later use.

Strategy #2 is to uninstall SH4. Then reinstall it with ABSOLUTELY NO MODS installed. Then install U-boat Missions. Now you can copy JSGME into your game directory and make a MODS subdirectory. DO NOT START THE GAME. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

Now copy everything from your \Wolves of the Pacific directory into a new directory, preferably on a portable disk of some kind. Call that directory \SH4 Pristeen. Then write protect the whole shebang. This is your lifeboat. Never run this hunk of files. It's on ice.

Now a few months from now you get mod soup, your game is screwed up and no way to fix it. First uninstall all mods. Then delete everything from your \Wolves of the Pacific directory EXCEPT your MODS subdirectory. You want those mods to stay, If you're particularly paranoid you can recopy your mods from your download folder over top of the mods in the MODS directory. Now copy the entire contents of \SH4 Pristeen back into \Wolves of the Pacific. You'll have to write enable all files. Now install your mods. Play the game. It's as if you never left and you didn't have to burn that install code you have in your pocket!
