Mod suggestions?

Hey guys, ive toyed around with SH:4 before but im wanting to get deeper into it (no pun intended). I was wondering if you more seasoned players know of some mods that increase realism or just make the game better without really increasing the diffuculty all that much since im already pretty terrible at the game already lol. Any advice will be appreciated.
