I would suggest an environment mod like Manos Mep v5 not only does the sea Look Better but even in a calm sea every vessel rises and falls as an active ocean should be like.

There is a pretty decent pitch and rolls Sometimes horizontal rudder to me raises 10 meters, so I can see something in the periscope And that's good-Improved Wave Textures,ONELIFECRISIS Last edited by ivanov.ruslan; 03-06-16 at 03:06 PM. |

Pitch and roll are movements properly of a ship !
May be that someone has never gone on the sea. My question was due to the fact that when sailing on my boat it seems to navigate on a smooth mirror and not on the sea : for this I asked if there is a way to increase a little these effects. Tnx a lot Etna PS I've been several years officer and captain in the merchant navy.

Strange. I think on the contrary that ships in SH3 are floating like wooden toys, or like rubber ducks in a bathtub, lol.

Open .sim file in a submarine folder with S3D editor.
Go to "unit_submarine", there you can change various values of a submarine. For example: Surfaced displacement or draught Front_diveplane drag Rear_diveplane drag The object's left-right drag coef. or The object's up-down drag coef. Here is my NSS_Uboat7b.sim for VIIb, just place it under data\Submarine\NSS_Uboat7b and see the difference at sea. http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php...77801618753603 |
