How to Enable patch In Port/U-Boat Bunker

After Installing The Wolves of Steel 1.04 - Patch 14.
I read the guide on this site and it says to
Enable the patch in PORT/U-Boat bunker and continue campaign.
Where do you go to select this?

after u finish or come back from a patrol u save the game when u are in bunker and exit from game open JSGME and enable the patch .....
