They have been using that loop hole for years!

What does it take to close it?

Japan putting their own national interests above the International Criminal Court???

Who do they think they are? The United States?

Quote:
Although the United States is not a party to the I.C.C.’s Statute, the Obama administration has been prepared to support the court’s prosecutions and provide assistance in response to specific requests from the I.C.C. prosecutor and other court officials, consistent with U.S. law, when it is in U.S. national interest to do so.

I guess we shouldn't say anything about what the Japanese are doing with their stinking damned research!! I'd have no problem telling them where to stick their damned research after seeing things like this!

Maybe it doesn't bother you as to what they are doing, but it bothers a lot of us! I'd love to see the Aussies do some torpedo research to find out how many it would take to sink their ships!!

I think that it's been a bit too long since the US Navy has had a chance to play with Japanese shipping...I'm sure some ambitious sub skipper out there wants to be able to beat O'Kanes score.

Remember the last two world wars, the ones that started it ended up losing and Canada is too close to the USA. If they start one we Canucks would get lumped in with the 'Mericans.

You could always invade America when they're not expecting it, mass forward deployment of Justin Beiber and Shania Twain, you'd get some resistance from Miley Cyrus, but I think that Beiber could win the war of attrition there.

If you were to remember your history, we along with the natives and Britain already invaded after they came up here to start trouble. We toasted the white house.

I think he has about wore out his welcome in the 'States.
