Most of the teams are based in the UK, with the notable exception of Ferrari and relative (returning) newcomers Mercedes (not McLaren), Sauber and Toro Rosso.
Williams alignment in the '90s did extend to touring cars as well as the Renault F1 engines, and who could forget the Williams Clio pocket rocket. I know I wanted one. ![]()
