Default A question about ingredients-its about cake

I found something called Angel Food-made a search for it and found a homepage with a recipe and one of the ingredients was unknown to me.

cream of tartar

I speak from very recent past experience. Getting your hands on Uranium is very difficult.

I asked a friend on FB and he told me what it was in Danish and where I could buy it.

It's called edikke pulver(Danish) in English vinegar powder.

When I whip egg whites, I usually add a few drops of vinegar, it provides a better airiness and firmness.
